MAKE YOUR MILES GO FURTHER THAN JUST DISTANCE

JOIN THE BACK ON MY FEET BANK OF AMERICA CHICAGO MARATHON FUNDRACING TEAM

Who: Back on My Feet is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to creating independence and self-sufficiency within the homeless and other underserved populations by first engaging them in running as a means to build confidence, strength and self-esteem.

What: The 35th Anniversary Bank of America Chicago Marathon on October 7th, 2012.

Why: As a runner you know the power that the sport holds and now is your chance to make your miles go further than just distance. By joining our team you will make a difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness.

Last year 5 of our members experiencing homelessness successfully completed the 2011 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Through training, determination, and a newfound belief in themselves, these members achieved a goal that only a few months prior had seemed impossible. We captured the marathon journey of three of our members on VIDEO. Your support will make it possible for us to provide much needed-assistance to those in our program like, Anthony, Issac and Wahid who are working hard to build a brighter future. To make a donation click here.
